Welcome to the Peak Pest Control SMS Messaging Program (“Program”). These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to customers who voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Peak Pest Control.

1. Program Description

Peak Pest Control operates an optional SMS messaging program. By voluntarily opting in, you may receive SMS/MMS messages for purposes including: promotional offers, discounts, and special deals; seasonal pest control service announcements; seasonal lawn care and weed control announcements; and other marketing communications related to our pest and lawn care services.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to this Program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at peakpestpro.com/contact. Checking this box is entirely optional. You are not required to opt in to receive pest control or lawn care services from Peak Pest Control.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 SMS/MMS messages per month, though frequency may vary based on seasonal promotions and your interactions with us.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any text messaging charges from your mobile carrier. Peak Pest Control is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further messages from this Program. To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or opt in again at peakpestpro.com/contact.

7. Privacy & Data Sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Opting in to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any pest control or lawn care service from Peak Pest Control. You may use our services without opting in to SMS communications.

9. Carrier Disclaimer

Peak Pest Control uses third-party carriers to deliver text messages. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages and do not guarantee delivery timing.

10. Supported Carriers

Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
