To unsubscribe, reply STOP at any time. After replying “STOP,” you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive messages from this Program.

short code specific opt-out & opt-in messaging standards

Per industry standards accepted by U.S. carriers:

  • Your opt-in mechanism (form, landing page, etc.) must clearly display key SMS consent language including Program name, description, message frequency, message & data rate disclosures, and opt-out instructions.
  • Short codes must automatically support standard opt-out keywords such as STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE (with additional keywords like REVOKE and OPTOUT supported as required by FCC rules).
